Irina Gonikberg Dolinskiy is a corporate attorney with extensive transaction experience that encompasses mergers & acquisitions involving both private and public companies, financings, restructurings, capital markets transactions, and counseling with respect to a broad range of commercial affairs and general corporate matters. Irina has represented new and established entities and individuals in various U.S. and cross-border business transactions, including stock and asset purchases and sales, equity investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. She has also provided disclosure, Sarbanes Oxley and corporate governance advice to companies and their boards of directors.
Ms. Dolinskiy received her law degree from New York Law School (J.D., 1999, magna cum laude), and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida (B.A., 1996, magna cum laude). While in law school, Irina was Notes and Comments Editor of The New York Law School Law Review, and the recipient of the Helen & Andrew Dokas Memorial Award For Excellent Achievement. She has co-authored a law review article entitled, The Borough President: Community Leader or Excess Political Baggage, published at 42 NYL Sch. L. Rev. 1197-1212 (1998). Irina is also a 2008 graduate of Leadership Winter Park, Class XVIII.
Ms. Dolinskiy joined Kane and Koltun from the Orlando firm of Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, where she was Partner in the Corporate Department. Irina is admitted to the Florida and New York Bars. Between 1999 and 2005, she has practiced in the New York office of the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she gained significant transaction experience in US capital markets, M&A (public and private), private equity and restructuring transactions.
